Brighton Rock - 2025
In early summer 2025, I had the honour of being the deputy head of lighting for the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama's performance of Brighton Rock in the Embassy Theatre in London.
Brighton is embroiled in gang warfare in the between War era. Murder after murder. Gangs in competition.
One woman, Ida, is in search of the truth.
The troubles snowball as betrayal, guilt, false emotion, Catholic values, redemption and the ongoing fight between good and evil climax and ultimately destroy everything.
